The Role: ServiceNow – CMDB System Administrator
Location: Lisbon
Work Model: 2 days a week onsite - Lisbon

✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there
We are looking for a ServiceNow CMDB System Administrator to join a challenging project in the financial services sector, based in Lisbon, with a hybrid working model (2 days per week onsite).
Key Responsibilities
* Configure, administer, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB
* Manage ServiceNow platform development and deployments
* Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance within CMDB
* Develop and customize solutions using JavaScript, HTML, and XML
* Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
* Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance
* Collaborate with teams in an Agile environment
Requirements
* Strong experience with ServiceNow, particularly CMDB configuration and administration
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, management, and deployment
* Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML
* Experience with Web Services (REST, APIs, SOAP)
* Understanding of ITSM processes and CMDB best practices
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies
* English level minimum B2
