Position Summary

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Export Manager to drive our international expansion and manage key commercial relationships in global markets. If you have a passion for international business, strategic market expansion, and a background in industrial solutions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

* International Market Expansion & Growth: Drive the company’s international expansion by identifying new distribution channels and strategic partnerships to grow Purever’s market footprint globally.
* Negotiating & Closing Commercial Contracts: Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements with international clients, ensuring favorable terms, long-term partnerships, and securing new business opportunities.
* Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor global industry trends, particularly in isotermic solutions and modular refrigeration, evaluate competitors, and identify growth opportunities to stay ahead of the market.
* Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term business relationships with clients in various international markets, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Sales Follow-up & Market Campaign Tracking: Organize and participate in sales follow-up meetings, analyze sell-out performance, track promotional campaigns in international markets, and address any relevant issues to maximize sales results.
* International Market Travel: Regularly travel to strategic, priority, and emerging markets under your responsibility to strengthen relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support market penetration efforts.
* New Partnership Development: Identify and establish new commercial partnerships aligned with the desired profile and positioning for each brand, contributing to the company’s global reach.
* Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Logistics, Billing, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure timely and customized solution delivery, and resolve any internal issues affecting international clients.
* Post-Sales Support & Customer Satisfaction: Oversee post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction in international markets, providing ongoing support and quickly resolving any issues that arise.
* Support to the Commercial Director: Assist the Commercial Director in creating and executing commercial strategies, preparing performance reports, focused on international market.
* Tracking Sales Goals & Performance Indicators: Monitor key commercial performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales results, and propose improvements to ensure sales targets and objectives are consistently met.
* Reporting & Strategic Insights: Prepare detailed reports on commercial performance, sales forecasts, and revenue projections, providing insights to aid in strategic decision-making.
* Negotiation Support: Assist in complex commercial negotiations and contracts, supporting the Commercial Director with major clients or strategic partnerships.
* Internal Process Optimization: Collaborate to optimize internal commercial processes, focusing on sales operations efficiency, customer service, and logistics coordination to enhance overall performance.

Profile

* Degree in business administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
* Proven experience in managing international clients and markets.
* Familiarity with market analysis, sales management, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
* Advanced skills in Excel and data management tools.
* Ability to lead teams and efficiently manage sales processes.
* English Proficiency.
* French Proficiency.
* Spanish Proficiency.
* Willingness and availability to travel both nationally and internationally.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate insights.
* Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments.
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
