Sales Manager - MICE Division
Overview

Responsibilities
1. Proactively seek out new business opportunities locally and internationally through phone calls, sales visits, trade shows, and fairs.
2. Maximize lead generation for both new and existing business.
3. Analyze local market trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
4. Organize hotel showcases and commercial visits to current and potential customers.
5. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TO DRIVE RETENTION AND REPEAT BUSINESS.
6. Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are exceeded on a daily and monthly basis.
7. Lead the contracting process for regular customers to ensure accurate proposals are sent.
8. Follow up on event leads and gather information about customer needs and decisions.
9. Support in the preparation of PR events held at the hotel.
10. Represent the hotel at networking events and participate in promotional activities.
11. Oversee and monitor revenue development and budget sales.

Education
* Degree in Tourism or Hotel Business is preferred.
Specific Knowledge
* EXCELLENT LEVEL OF ENGLISH (C1), WRITTEN AND SPOKEN. ADDITIONAL FOREIGN LANGUAGE IS DESIRABLE.
* AUTHORIZATION TO TRAVEL IF NECESSARY.
* STRONG COMMERCIAL SKILLS, SALES AND NEGOTIATION TECHNIQUES, AND HOTEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE.
* KNOWLEDGE OF DIFFERENT HOTEL SEGMENTS (CORPORATE, MICE, LEISURE, ETC.) AND GOOD NETWORK OF CONTACTS.
Professional Experience
* PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A HOTEL SALES ROLE WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF CLOSING SALES IS IDEAL.
