We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team, focusing on the management of information technology projects. The professional will be responsible for monitoring and managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring deadlines, quality, and alignment with defined objectives, while maintaining effective communication between all involved teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the overall project schedule, ensuring resources are in place to deliver on time and with quality;
* Anticipate and resolve potential issues and conflicts;
* Control the project scope and ensure delivery according to the agreed requirements with stakeholders;
* Validate timesheets and activities performed by other team members;
* Review and validate project deliverables and documentation;
* Produce documentation required for project monitoring and follow-up;
* Ensure effective communication and schedule meetings across different teams involved in the project.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related fields;
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in Project Management or IT Product Management;
* At least 6 months of experience with:
* Project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Confluence ;
* Agile software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar );
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) at user level.
