What challenge do we have for you?
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (French Speaker) to join an international project, where you will play a key role in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of effective business solutions.
This role involves close collaboration with French-speaking stakeholders and cross-functional teams, as well as the creation of detailed functional documentation in both French and English, within a dynamic and multicultural environment.
What will you do day to day?
* Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, requirements, and market needs
* Work closely with French-speaking clients, partners, and internal teams
* Support the delivery and implementation of business solutions

* Mid: €1,100 to €1,900 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Expense Allowances + Flex Benefits + Professional Development Plan + benefits in force at the organisation
* Senior: €1,500 to €2,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Expense Allowances + Flex Benefits + Professional Development Plan + benefits in force at the organisation
Do you have what it takes to be a Business Analyst?
* Fluent French (spoken and written) – mandatory
* English level B2 or higher
* Strong experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and process analysis
* Good understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
* Banking or financial services experience is a strong plus
