As a Process Specialist in our IT Service Management team, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our company-wide IT service management system based on ITIL principles.
* Active further development of the IT service management system
* Continuous improvement of ITSM process and service quality using KPIs
* Supporting and advising consulting our business units in the Enterprise Service Management environment
* Ensuring optimal support of ITSM processes by the ESM application
* Training ITSM process and ESM application users
* Close cooperation with other process owners
Required Skills
1. Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics or computer science
2. Good knowledge of ITSM processes
3. Ideal certification in ITIL or other ITSM frameworks
4. Basic knowledge of IT applications, IT systems and technologies
