What You'll DoLead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to client requirements. Define and execute integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Ensure scalability, security, and performance across all Salesforce deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business goals. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices to development teams. Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and recommend improvements to existing architectures. Responsibilities & RequirementsExperience: Minimum 5+ years in Salesforce or CRM implementations, including at least two full life-cycle projects. Technical Skills:Expertise in Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). Strong knowledge of integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs). Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities. Languages: Fluent English (mandatory).
