Job Description
The role of the SAP Program Manager involves leading end-to-end SAP program delivery within the manufacturing domain, overseeing multiple project streams across production, supply chain, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure SAP solutions enable operational efficiency, standardization, and scalability across the manufacturing landscape.
* Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, and project management standards to oversee project portfolios, ensuring dependencies, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and reported effectively.
* Engage with senior business leaders from Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance, manage external system integrators, vendors, and internal delivery teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
* Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, program reporting, and risk reviews, and develop and execute communication plans to support adoption and stakeholder engagement.
* Oversee successful program execution on time, within scope, and aligned with business strategy and global manufacturing standards.
