We are currently looking for an HR Specialist to join our dynamic team in Portugal. This role will be instrumental in ensuring a positive employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding to fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing key HR processes, including inductions and onboarding, timesheet management, health and safety administration, personnel administration, and initiatives related to employee engagement and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the onboarding and exit processes according to SLAs
* Coordinating the monthly payroll input submission
* Assisting with recruitment and selection activities
* Providing administrative support to the HR team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
