It combines luxury living with top-tier hospitality, offering incredible dining, a world-class golf course, spa services, outdoor pursuits, and immersive local experiences.We are looking for a talented Development Communications Associate to join our team!
* Support and coordinate communication with members and prospects throughout the lifecycle of their home projects.
* Assist with scheduling and preparing member meetings, site walks, and project milestones.
* Track project progress across design, permitting, tendering, and construction phases.
* Conduct site visits, document progress, and produce photo and status reports.
* Maintain accurate records of communications, reports, and project documentation.
* Support the team with design documentation and development reporting.
* Fluent in spoken and written **English**.
* Background in customer service or a role requiring strong client interaction.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
* Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under time pressure.
