Take Ownership of Our Engineering Architecture
About the Role
We're looking for a Full-Stack Lead Engineer to drive our engineering strategy, lead best practices and ship core product features across web, mobile and backend.
You'll work closely with the founding team (Product, Design and CTO) to bring AI agent workflows, automation systems and real-time career insights to life.
Tech Stack Overview
* Full-stack development: Contribute across our platform using React (web), Node.js (backend), React Native (mobile)
* Azure cloud services and deployment workflows: Manage performance scalability reliability of our services hosted on Azure
Prior Experience Required:
The ideal candidate has 5+ years full-stack experience in JavaScript technologies like React REST APIs leading projects small teams mentoring engineers establishing code quality standards reviewing PRs helping grow the team. Comfort working with voice interactions no-code/low-code tools edge cases iterative fast-paced environments.
