As a Store Manager you will shape the customer journey, from acquisition and conversion to loyalty, watching your efforts bear fruit while making a life‐changing impact.Your day to dayAs a Store Manager you will embrace a huge challenge and responsibility: manage end‐to‐end delivery of an exceptional consumer experience, aligned to IQOS standards. You will guarantee store procedures, coordinate customer service, team, product and results, and lead and develop store teams with a training plan and follow‐up.
