We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Designer to work with stakeholders to create meaningful, engaging, and beautiful user experiences and interfaces for a range of projects, from institutional webpages and product presentations to mobile applications and enterprise digital transformations.

YOUR JOB:
Lead end design processes, from user research and concept development to prototyping and final implementation.
Create quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on product goals, design vision, and implementation.
Conduct user research, including usability testing, user interviews and surveys, to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, testing results, and analytics.
Provide design direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the team is always pushing the boundaries of innovation.
Create digital experiences from scratch.
Create high impact design solutions.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
A bachelor's degree in design or similar.
5+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in designing digital products (web, mobile, and/or enterprise solutions).
Strong experience in user research, usability testing, and applying feedback to improve designs.
Unconventional ideas.
Solid understanding of design principles to create intuitive functionalities, delightful interactions and animations, robust information architecture, rich user interfaces, strong page layout, composition, and typography.
Deep understanding of design systems, centered design principles, and interaction design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Expertise in Figma or relevant design tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with functional teams.
An eye for detail.

Ability to present and pitch their own work.

The salary range for this role is between
