We are looking for an experienced IT Application Consultant SAP Sales & CRM to join the SGL Global Competence Center Sales & Logistics. In this role, you will support and enhance our global Sales systems landscape, with a particular focus on SAP, integrated add-ons, and MS Dynamics solutions.ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for process-driven requirements definition, problem analysis, and sustainable solution design based on SAP, MS Dynamics, and related toolsDesign, configure, and document new solutions in SAP SD Sales, including technical specifications for ABAP developmentsHandle tickets and support incident resolution with a strong focus on SAP SD Sales customization and root-cause analysisSupport the governance of the CRM solution landscape, including demand management, requirements analysis, and evaluation of implementation optionsPre-filter and prioritize CRM tickets before handing them over to external support partners and coordinate supplier activities accordinglySupport the Change Approval Board process in line with internal ITIL standards and contribute to structured change managementMonitor external supplier performance for CRM services, with attention to service quality, budget compliance, and AMS governanceContribute to international implementation and upgrade projects in the SAP Sales & CRM areaSupport key users in implementing approved process changes and act as a first point of contact for external IT partnersYour ProfileUniversity degree in IT or a comparable qualificationAt least 3 years of experience in IT consulting for SAP SD, with a focus on SalesGood understanding of Sales-related business processes, including pre-salesExperience in SAP SD configuration, ticket handling, and the translation of business requirements into practical system solutionsFamiliarity with project management methods and experience working in project-related environmentsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication skills in English; German knowledge is a plusTeam player willing to collaborate in an international environment and Travel occasionallyWhat We OfferA dynamic role in an international environmentA strong culture of feedback and continuous improvementHybrid and flexible working modelPermanent ContractPrivate health insuranceExclusive employee discounts through corporate benefits platformYour skills and experience make a difference with us.
