This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking astable role in a structured, high-performance environment — no previous experience required.You will help maintain a safe and compliant online environment by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring platform standards are respected.Your ResponsibilitiesReview online videos, posts, complaints, and legal notices.Moderate and update content on a popular social media platform.Audit uploaded content and ensure compliance with guidelines.Follow strict accuracy and quality standards (KPIs).Protect customer data and ensure compliance processes are followed.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies and procedures.Working ScheduleMonday to Sunday – 09:00 to 18:00 2 rotating days off.Planned evening shift: 13:00 – 22:00.Future possibility of extension to 24/7 schedule.Candidates must be comfortable with flexible working hours.Candidate ProfileFluent Romanian (mandatory).Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).Strong computer and navigation skills.Detail-oriented and reliable.Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.Able to work both independently and within a team.Emotionally resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive content.Please note: This role may involve exposure to sensitive or disturbing content.
