We are seeking a Marketing Insights Expert to join our dynamic team. As a successful Digital Services Company, we provide support to large multinational companies in various areas such as SEO, product and web content management, social media management, performance marketing, e-commerce management, CRM and email marketing automation, DX and development, data management and analytics, project management, digital consultancy, and recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, particularly with a focus on CRM, and advanced SQL expertise. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, or a related field, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
The responsibilities of this role include developing and enhancing measurement Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks for different owned channels, analyzing and developing CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into customer experience improvements and support overall business goals.
