A leading global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Cardiometabolic Brand Manager. This position, reporting directly to the Associate Director of the Cardiometabolic Business Unit, will play a key role in securing all pre-launch objectives and driving the successful introduction of an innovative therapy for chronic weight management (CWM) and Diabetes.

A leading global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Cardiometabolic Brand Manager. This position, reporting directly to the Associate Director of the Cardiometabolic Business Unit, will play a key role in securing all pre-launch objectives and driving the successful introduction of an innovative therapy for chronic weight management (CWM) and Diabetes.
Description
Drive strategic development and implementation of a new treatment for CWM and Diabetes;
Support the transformation agenda and embed commercial shifts to deliver on strategy;
Gain deep customer insights across patients, payers, and HCPs to inform brand positioning;
Create and execute engagement plans for patients and HCPs, including marketing strategies and alignment across teams;
Lead customer planning and operational processes;
Partner with global and regional teams to ensure strategic alignment and resource optimization;
Collaborate with teams managing existing products to ensure consistency and efficiency;
Lead launch preparation in partnership with cross-functional teams;
Manage the commercial brand budget for pre- and post-launch activities;
Drive innovative thinking for bold and comprehensive omnichannel engagement plans;
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations;
Build strong external relationships through customer engagement.
Profile
University degree and MBA required;
Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing;
Proven experience in brand management and omnichannel marketing;
Consumer marketing experience is an asset;
Knowledge of metabolic disorders and competitive landscape in CWM and Diabetes preferred;
Strong leadership and teamwork skills;
Track record of marketing, medical, or sales success;
Ability to innovate and take calculated risks;
High learning agility and comfort with change;
Strong project management and business acumen skills;
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English;
Proficiency in digital tools and AI solutions.
