This role focuses on ensuringsecond-level controls, identifying potential issues in trading activities, and contributing to arobust control and risk management framework.Key Responsibilities Performsecond-level controlsontrading and sales activities Monitor and maintainreferential data related to portfolios, books, and mandates Analyzefinancial transactionsto identify potential breaches or irregularities Contribute to thereduction of operational and fraud risks Support the implementation and improvement ofcontrol processes Collaborate with internal teams such asCompliance, Legal, Tax, and Conduct Handlead-hoc requestsfrom Management and Business teams Prepare and presentreports, analysis, and KPIs Monitor performance indicators to ensureaccuracy and reliability Participate in meetings and communicate findings effectivelyRequirements Initial experience or academic background inFinancial Markets, Banking or Finance Knowledge oftrading environments and financial products (basic level) Understanding ofoperations and middle office processes (preferred) Stronganalytical mindset and attention to detail Goodcommunication skills (oral and written) Ability to work in ateam-oriented environment Fluent inEnglishNice to Have Exposure tocontrol, risk, or compliance environments Experience withreporting and KPI monitoring
