YOUR ROLE
- Grow business with prospect – Define and decide of all necessary actions to achieve order intake objective;
- Define, develop and deploy strategy for assigned prospects to achieve the order intake goal;
- Identify, drive and win new sales opportunities;
- Lead sales campaigns and strategy;
- Market Intelligence for assigned prospects;
- Monitor competitive activity within assigned target and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated, approved and implemented;
- Present to prospects EID capabilities;
- Participate and represent EID at exhibitions and conference;
- Establishment of order intake forecast for prospects;
- Carrying out market analyses to identify trends, business opportunities and competitor positioning;
- Operating and optimising CRM and ERP systems to ensure process efficiency and effective customer relationship management;
- Analysing and interpreting data to support strategic decisions and improve commercial performance;
- Conduct negotiations with clients and partners, ensuring sustainable and mutually beneficial agreements;
- Apply technical knowledge of products/services to present solutions tailored to customer needs;
- Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial and technical strategies;
- Monitoring performance indicators and proposing improvements based on market data and feedback;
- Follow technological and product trends to keep up-to-date and relevant in the commercial approach.
OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunications, Management or similar;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) mandatory;
- Proven experience in analysing the market and identifying business opportunities;
- Expertise in CRM and ERP systems, with a focus on process management and customer relations;
- Advanced skills in analysing data to support strategic decision-making
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with clients and partners;
- Technical knowledge of commercialised products and/or services.
