Key Responsibilities:
* You will provide expert advice on finance topics, encompassing the entire value chain within the NORMA Group, ensuring seamless process integration.
* You will define solutions and coordinate them independently with global counterparts to establish a corporate standard within your domain and beyond.
* You will extend our Norma ERP solution based on location-specific requirements, driving efficiency and innovation.
* You will own regional or global responsibility for third-party software solutions in the finance area, guaranteeing alignment with company standards.
* You will lead projects from inception to completion, leveraging your expertise and resources effectively.
* You will enforce the implementation of standardized finance business processes, ensuring consistency across all locations.
* You will participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (formerly Dynamics 365 F&O) implementation projects in the EMEA region and support existing rollouts/entities globally, including design, configuration, testing, and training.
* You will consult with business areas on process design and support global/local change requirements, fostering collaboration and growth.
* You will create specifications and collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation loops.
* You will manage external service providers, ensuring timely task completion and high-quality deliverables.
* You will maintain compliance with NORMA Group's IT standards and best practices, upholding excellence in all aspects.
Requirements:
1. You possess extensive experience in finance processes, including General Ledger, BI, Reporting, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable & Receivable, and Bank Management.
2. You have in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or F&O, with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 being a significant advantage.
3. You can analyze and coordinate regional/global change requests, assessing impacts between entities and developing effective solutions.
4. You have a comprehensive understanding of material and value flows within ERP systems and interfaces, enabling you to optimize processes.
5. You possess a strong grasp of functional and technical requirements, allowing you to make informed decisions and drive progress.
6. You can handle complexity with ease, adapting your work routine to optimize performance and results.
7. Your structured approach and problem-solving skills enable you to remain composed under pressure, making high-quality decisions even in challenging situations.
8. You are adept at systematic analysis, resolving problems, identifying causes, and anticipating implications, driving continuous improvement.
9. You have experience implementing Dynamics 365 ERP using a companywide process template, ensuring consistency and excellence.
10. You are flexible, with a willingness to travel up to 50%, and enjoy working with people, demonstrating exceptional service-oriented thinking and acting, especially in employee management.
11. Experience in discrete manufacturing, particularly in the automotive supplier sector (OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2), is a significant asset.
