This unique blend of technology, data and passionate people serves as a catalyst for all businesses aiming to unlock their full potential in the travel arena.Job Summary Working as part of a high-performing, collaborative commercial team, we are looking for an Account Optimization Manager. You will continually enhance the competitiveness and availability for the sale of the product across an assigned portfolio of hotels to optimize overall performance. Negotiating the best commercial and financial conditions. Understanding, anticipating and influencing suppliers' behavior in order to maximize the operating margin.Role Responsabilities Manage and optimize the performance of a defined portfolio of accounts, ensuring revenue growth and profitability in line with company targets. Analyze account performance trends and identify opportunities for incremental sales, margin improvement, and product optimization. Develop and implement data‐driven action plans to improve account engagement, competitiveness, and conversion across all channels. Maintain strong commercial relationships with partners, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support mutual growth. Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and destination trends to anticipate risks and opportunities affecting assigned accounts. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing workflows, tools, and optimization methodologies. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, business reviews, and presentations to internal stakeholders and partners.Required Skillset and Experience Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate insights into actionable commercial strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. High level of ownership, problem‐solving ability, and a proactive, results‐driven approach. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast‐paced, international environment. Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge and best practices. Comfortable using digital tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to drive decision‐making. 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Optimization, Revenue Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles (preferably within Travel, Hospitality, or E‐commerce).
