Growth & Research Intern at Leren Leren
, you'll work closely with the founder and product teams to support the growth of next-generation learning and media platforms such as
Decast.Live, Video.Wiki, and Recap
.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn
how early-stage, research-driven products grow through trust, communities, and ecosystems — not ads.
What you'll work on:
1. Growth Research & Insights
2. Research target user groups (educators, journalists, developers, researchers)
3. Map communities, platforms, and conversations where they already exist
4. Summarize insights into short internal briefs
5. Content & Narrative Support
6. Assist in drafting posts, short articles, and launch narratives
7. Help translate technical ideas into simple, human stories
8. Support founder-led communication and campaigns
9. Product & Launch Support
10. Help document product features, use cases, and demos
11. Assist in preparing materials for launches, pilots, and partnerships
12. Track feedback from early users and communities
13. Ecosystem & Community Tracking
14. Identify relevant events, hackathons, grants, and partnerships
15. Maintain a lightweight CRM of conversations and leads
16. Support follow-ups and coordination
17. Learning & Experimentation
18. Observe and document what works and what doesn't
19. Help test small growth experiments (content, outreach, community posts)
20. Share weekly learnings with the team
What we're looking for:
* Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
* Strong written communication skills
* Interest in technology, learning, media, or AI
* Ability to research, synthesize, and explain ideas clearly
* Bonus: familiarity with startups, open-source, or online communities

Qualifications
* Experience in Growth Marketing, Customer Acquisition, and growth hacking strategies.
* Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on driving revenue and partnerships.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to strategize and execute growth initiatives effectively.
* Proven ability to identify and seize new market opportunities.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
* Familiarity with educational technology platforms is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
