Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate end-to-end major bid processes, from opportunity identification to final submission Organise and manage all stages of the bid lifecycle, including planning, information gathering, internal reviews, and approvals Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, financial, legal, and operational) to ensure consistent and complete proposals Prepare, structure, and tailor bid documentation in line with client requirements Ensure compliance with tender specifications, internal procedures, and deadlines Contribute to the definition of bid strategies and support continuous improvement of bid processes Monitor bid progress and provide regular updates and reporting to key stakeholders Support negotiation phases and contribute to a smooth transition from bid to contract mobilization.
