We’re looking for a Office & Event Manager to join our local team in Porto. This is an on-site, full-time role (B2B OR Employment), perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing many hats—from creating engaging team events to managing day-to-day office operations. You’ll work closely with our global Operations and Event teams to keep the Porto office running smoothly and help shape our internal culture through thoughtful planning and coordination of team gatherings, new hire support, and vendor partnerships.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in office management, executive assistance, operations, or event planning
* Fluent in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2)—both are used daily
* Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities under pressure
* Confident handling vendors, office logistics, and team engagement initiatives
* High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, can-do attitude
Nice to Have:
* Vendor network in Porto (catering, event agencies, merch suppliers)
* Experience organizing team-building games or social activities
* Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, Google Workspace
Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the Porto office (supplies, snacks, logistics, vendors)
* Support onboarding of new hires by preparing welcome kits and organizing equipment
* Plan and execute offline events such as team-building activities, celebrations, and company-wide gatherings
* Maintain relationships with local vendors and manage event-related budgets
* Ensure the office is a welcoming, functional, and well-organized environment
* Coordinate with the global Operations and Event teams for shared initiatives
* Support employee engagement through birthday celebrations, internal communications, and community building
* Take ownership of small-to-medium internal projects and suggest improvements to processes
