Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements and best practices.Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Employee Central functions like business rules, workflows, dynamic roles and RBP.Feature Rollout: Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and lead the successful implementation of new features and functionalities and share it to our stakeholders.Work with our external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run
