We are looking for an Amazing: Business Analyst
Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)
Type of position: Hybrid from Lisbon. Candidates must be in Portugal already!
Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze business requirements
* Create detailed documentation and reports
* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to inform analysis
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications
* Communicate findings effectively and support decision-making
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
* Fluency in English
* At least 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the IT sector
* Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis
* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in creating detailed documentation and reports
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of SQL and experience with data analysis is preferred
* Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
* Based in Lisbon
* CPLP nationality or EU work permit required
Nice to have
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
