This role is central to keeping our social media platform safe and positive, specifically for our German-speaking community.Key Responsibilities and RequirementsAs a Content Moderator, your main goal will be to review user-submitted content—including text, images, and videos—to ensure it strictly adheres to our community standards. You will make swift, accurate decisions on whether content should be removed or escalated, focusing on materials like hate speech, graphic violence, or misinformation. Maintaining a high level ofaccuracy and neutralitywhile reviewing sensitive content is crucial. You must be able to work effectively in a100% on-siteenvironment and keep up-to-date with our constantly evolving policies. The core requirements arecomplete fluency in German(both written and spoken) and at least aB2 level of Englishfor internal communication and policy understanding. While previous experience in content moderation is helpful, it isnot mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training. All necessary workequipment will be providedby the company. Work Schedule and CompensationThis position operates on a24/7 rotative shift schedule, meaning you must be available to work any day from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. The rotational shifts are: Morning:07:00 to 16:00 Afternoon:14:00 to 23:00 Night:22:30 to 07:30 We offer acompetitive compensation packagethat includes a salary,meal and transport allowances, and privatehealth insurance.
