We are seeking an experienced AWS Python Developer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on building, enhancing, and supporting cloud-native solutions for Contact Centre platforms with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and automation.
* Designing and developing robust AWS Lambda functions using Python to support Contact Centre solutions.
* Building and implementing Amazon Connect solutions including Contact Flows and Amazon Lex bots.
* Ensuring all solutions comply with security standards governance policies and industry regulations.
This is a key contributor role within Agile squads supporting both transformation programs BAU delivery. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience developing AWS Lambda-based solutions using Python implementing Infrastructure as Code working within CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Amazon Connect-related services is essential.
