The company places a strong emphasis on financial accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement, offering close collaboration with international finance teams and key stakeholders.Your New RoleAs a Regional Controlling Manager, you will play a key role within the finance function, acting as a central interface between local finance teams, shared services, and group controlling.Your main responsibilities will include:Coordinating and reviewing month-end and year-end closing activities across European entitiesPerforming and overseeing balance sheet reviews (BSARs) and resolving reconciliation topicsEnsuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data ahead of consolidationActing as a liaison between regional controlling teams and group controllingSupporting group reporting and consolidation processesParticipating in audit processes (internal and external) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsIdentifying opportunities for process improvement, standardisation, and automationCollaborating with finance shared services, FP&A teams, and other internal stakeholdersWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulTo succeed in this role, you should have:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally within a multinational environmentStrong knowledge of financial accounting, balance sheet governance, and consolidation processesExperience with ERP and consolidation tools (e.G., SAP, Oracle, OneStream)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and evolving environmentProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and changeNext StepIf you are interested in this opportunity, please send your updated CV in English via private message.
