WORKPLACE: Lisbon (On-Site)
PROFILE:Academic qualifications equivalent to 12th grade;
Professional experience in similar roles;
Experience in troubleshooting software, hardware and operating systems (workstations and servers);
Experience in Windows upgrade projects will be valued;
Knowledge of remote and on-site troubleshooting with end users;
Ability to document procedures and share knowledge with other teams;
Skills in troubleshooting networks (switches, access points, routers), printers and meeting room equipment (televisions, projectors, video conferencing - conventional and Teams Rooms);
Proficiency ininstalling corporate applications on smartphones and tablets (iOS/Android), transferring accounts, contacts and data;
Experience in equipment stock control and asset management (CMDB);
Knowledge of hardware upgrades and equipment maintenance is an advantage;
Excellent communication, organisational and customer-oriented skills;
Good organisational skills, dynamism and autonomy;
Enjoy teamwork, challenges and troubleshooting;
Willingness totravel.
