Dutch Language Training Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Dutch Language Training Specialist.
* This position involves assessing training needs, designing and delivering curriculum, and managing all aspects of training interventions to measure their efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
* The ideal candidate will have strong content creation skills for training purposes, be able to adapt existing articles and learning materials from a provided knowledge base, and translate requirements into training that prepares employees for the next step in their career path.
* Key responsibilities include developing, designing, and overseeing training roadmaps, classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals; delivering training content through various channels and mediums; periodically evaluating ongoing programs to ensure alignment with updates and changes; staying up-to-date on new trends and tools in employee development; and serving as a single point of contact for all product training and documentation needs.
* The successful candidate will create engaging learning experiences that equip new and long-term associates to excel through expert classroom instruction and one-on-one coaching; maintain a positive learning environment; modify and present training programs for representatives/agents; maintain accurate and updated project training documentation; stay informed about client processes and recommend program changes when appropriate; take responsibility for personal development; understand and comply with regulatory, fair-trading, and competition rules; adhere to health, safety, and security responsibilities; attend trainer meetings regularly; and takes personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a language-related field.
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective instructional design methods.
