Senior Software Engineer (Go / Kubernetes / Cloud-Native)
to collaborate with a global, fully remote tech organization that originated as a Kubernetes-native
- source initiative and has since evolved into a leading
- focused testing orchestration platform.
The company is currently scaling rapidly, backed by international investors, and operating with distributed teams across Europe, the US and Asia.
You will play a central role in the evolution of a highly technical product used by engineering teams worldwide.
Responsibilities
Develop backend features in
Go
, ensuring high performance, maintainability and clean architecture.
Evolve and optimize the existing
- native platform built on
Kubernetes
.
Design and implement distributed services, APIs and components for
- scale test orchestration.
Collaborate with product and
- facing teams to ensure strong alignment between technical decisions and user needs.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the product, proposing scalable, reliable and
- driven solutions.
Maintain high standards in documentation, testing, observability and version control.
Requirements
8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong expertise in Go
.
Deep,
hands-on experience with Kubernetes
(development + operational).
Solid understanding of
cloud-native architectures
, distributed systems and microservices.
Dev
Ops knowledge: CI/CD, networking, infrastructure, security, cloud environments (GCP preferred).
Database experience with
Mongo
DB
and
Postgre
SQL
.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in small, highly technical teams.
Ability to perform in
- paced,
- pressure,
- limited contexts.
Experience supporting customers or enterprise users.
A strong
product mindset
, not just technical execution — able to understand real user needs and translate them into engineering decisions.
Fluent English (
this is the primary working language across teams)
Nice to have
Experience with performance testing or functional testing tools.
Background in

Experience working with distributed remote teams.
