We are looking for a Full-time Store Manager to increase our team in Guimarães. As our best asset, our salespeople will help us growing the Bimba y Lola culture in Guimarães.
The Store Manager should be an example for the Sales Assistants, bringing excellent customer service, becoming our principal brand ambassador, and helping to build the BIMBA Y LOLA experience.
Your main goal will be to be responsible for the overall store management, drive sales and enhance customer experience, and assume all store responsabilites and duties.
As key responsibilities he/she will handle daily with:
* Whole service on the customer journey, from welcoming to the final sale, dealing with any requests or complaints.
* Stock counting and control, deliveries organization and stockroom maintenance.
* Product organization on the shop floor, as well as Visual merchandising guidelines implementation and collaboration in the visual changes and windows.
* Management of the store and the teams.
* Permanent communication wih HQ.
* Effective communication in English.
* At least 1 year experience in a similar position.
