We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Expert to join our team.
As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for managing all logistics flows and related tasks to support the commercial network of our company. You will optimize the working capital for hearing aids and other products and partner with the Corporate Supply Chain team.
Main Responsibilities:
Inventory Management & Reporting
* Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of supply and demand in partnership with sales and marketing departments.
* Predict and prevent overstocking and stockouts to maximize efficiency of working capital while avoiding obsolete/redundant materials.
* Manage and control inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy checks.
* Provide periodic analyses and reporting on inventory performance and monitor stock trends with different granularity.
Logistics & System Management
* Collaborate with logistics providers to resolve potential issues, delays, and claims.
* Serve as the point of reference for all logistics matters related to stores and provide solutions.
* Be responsible for returns management in the country and implementing optimized returns routines in stores.
* IDentify system and process weaknesses and develop suggestions for optimization.
* Master data management for products and prices.
Supply Chain
* Monitor and evaluate quality and performance of our supply chain to identify improvement opportunities.
* Active contributor in global supply chain organization, able to identify, assess, and design opportunities for synergies across countries.
* Drive future supply chain transformation initiatives and coordinate IT requirements and demands.
* Provide analytics on supply chain metrics (mix and product trends).
Requirements:
* Completed university degree in economics, statistics, engineering, or business administration.
* More than 2 years of professional experience in an analytical role in forecasting/demand planning/supply planning/logistics/controlling.
* Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required and Oracle/HFM is an advantage.
* Highly motivated, leadership skills, strong communication skills both written and oral.
* Implementation strength, hands-on mentality, analytical, critical thinking with structured and independent way of working.
* Very good spoken and written English skills.
