And for that, we need you.We're looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join an international digital team, working on the ongoing evolution of a large-scale B2C e-commerce platform.In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, technical teams, QA, and business stakeholders, translating business needs and high-level ideas into clear requirements, user stories, and effective technical solutions, always with a continuous improvement mindset.What you'll be doing:Own requirements gathering and analysis across digital stakeholdersTranslate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirementsProduce detailed functional documentation and user stories ready for developmentCreate high-level conceptual designs aligned with business processesWork closely with Development, QA, Product and Delivery teamsSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Maintain ownership of functional and non-functional requirements throughout the delivery lifecycleSupport backlog management and prioritisation in Agile environmentsIdentify opportunities to improve and streamline digital processesWhat we're looking for:3+ years of experience working with e-commerce platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholdersSolid understanding of the full project lifecycle, from discovery to deliveryExperience in multinational, multi-channel environments (FMCG, manufacturing or similar)End-to-end knowledge of B2C, e-commerce, commercial and customer service processesExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban) and waterfallStrong understanding of system integrations between e-commerce platforms, ERP and third-party servicesAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesNice to have:Experience with SAP Commerce CloudHeadless storefront architecturesPayment gatewaysCMS and CRM platformsCertifications such as ISEB/BCS, ITIL or Prince2 Interested?
