OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Part‐Time Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Faro. The role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning algorithms and models, working closely with data scientists and software engineers to build cutting‐edge solutions that drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement machine learning algorithms and models for various applications.
Collaborate with data scientists to identify relevant data sources and features.
Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing models.
Communicate technical concepts and results to non‐technical stakeholders.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with popular machine learning libraries such as Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or scikit‐learn.
Familiarity with deep learning architectures and techniques.
Excellent problem‐solving skills and critical thinking ability.
Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree or Ph D in Computer Science or a related field with a focus on machine learning.
Experience deploying machine learning models at scale in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
Experience working with big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark.
CompensationWe offer competitive compensation of $1,000 per month for this part‐time position.
