You'll be joining our Revenue Growth team within Sales, a commercially driven group at the heart of Bauer Media Audio Portugal.
We work closely with agencies and direct clients to bring brands to life through powerful audio, digital and branded content solutions.
This is an energetic, fast-paced sales environment where collaboration, creativity and commercial impact matter.

You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by being out in the market – meeting clients, opening doors, and selling integrated campaigns that deliver real impact.
This role is critical to maintaining momentum across our agency and direct client relationships.
Your role
As a Sales Representative, you'll focus on developing and growing client and agency relationships while actively selling Bauer Media Audio's full commercial portfolio.
Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities
Managing and growing relationships with agencies and direct clients
Selling integrated solutions across radio, digital, branded content, sponsorships, podcasts and events
Preparing and presenting commercial proposals
Negotiating and closing deals
Working closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns
Managing your pipeline and delivering revenue targets
The skills you will bring
Experience in media, digital or adjacent commercial sales
Strong knowledge of the Portuguese advertising market
Confidence selling solutions rather than standalone products
Proactive, high-energy, commercially driven mindset
Strong relationship-building skills and connection to the Bauer Portugal brands
Working pattern / location
Lisbon-based role (or within commutable distance).
Predominantly client-facing and field-based.
Company car or Uber signature available (structure to be confirmed).
