The Retail business develops and manages many iconic brands with a diversified offer. For our Victoria's Secret store on Norteshopping, Porto, we are looking for sales associates to collaborate with the team.

2. Support a customer-centric culture focused on delivering satisfying customer experiences
3. Build customer loyalty by opening Victoria's Secret Angel cards and capturing customer relationships
4. Support Best at Bras initiatives by modeling brand selling behaviors
5. Utilize the bra wardrobing center to introduce customers to merchandise and follow up in the fitting room
6. Display general product knowledge of all categories
7. Display expert product knowledge in assigned categories if specialized
8. Take initiative to elevate personal knowledge of product categories
9. Know and use all Victoria's Secret processes and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and complete non-selling responsibilities
10. Maintain awareness of all sales, promotions and applicable ringing procedures
11. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
12. Understand and adhere to brand standards
13. Recover merchandise to standard while assisting customers
14. Replenish merchandise to standard to create a full and abundant store
15. Assist in housekeeping of sales floor and communicate maintenance issues
16. Assist in maintenance of back room and under stock to brand standards to enable efficient replenishment
17. Reinforce activities related to providing a safe working environment
18. Reinforce store strategy to reduce shrink
19. Maintain awareness of loss prevention by fostering a culture of honesty and connecting customer service to shrink
