Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. You will provide accurate information and solutions in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Your goal will be to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Native or fluent in Italian and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
* Flexibility to work rotative shifts (Monday-Sunday).
Work Schedule:
* Initial schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:00-23:00 (rotative shifts) with 2 rotating days off.
* Later stage (TBC by client): 24/7 coverage, rotative shifts.
Benefits:
* Base Salary: €1,000 (x14 months)
* Performance Bonus: €100 (x11 months)
* Welcome Bonus: €2,000 (paid after joining)
* Meal allowance: €7.23/day
* Transport allowance: €20/month
