As a Customer Service Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:
* Responding efficiently to customer inquiries within specified timeframes
* Developing and maintaining technical knowledge of the client’s products and services
* Handling correspondence as required
* Logging calls accurately according to procedures
* Updating administrative forms related to your tasks
* Recognizing when to escalate issues to other departments or senior staff
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Proficient level of Italian (C1)
* Intermediate level of English (B1)
* Previous customer service experience (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills
* A calm and professional attitude
* Strong organizational skills
* Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and KPIs
* Adaptability to changing environments and procedures
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* EU citizenship or valid work permit
* Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, or be a local candidate
