We are looking for an IT Recruiter to strengthen our Reach IT team, with a focus on outsourcing.
Responsibilities :
* Identify and approach valid candidates for the needs identified.
* Conduct interviews and prepare a short-list of candidates to send to clients.
* Record, update and maintain client and candidate information in the internal database.
* Supporting employee loyalty and reducing turnover through regular contact.
* Providing constant feedback to candidates on the outcome of recruitment processes, regardless of whether it is positive or negative.
* Support in building and refining internal processes, namely sourcing, training and other resources.
Requirements :
* Higher education in Management, Economics, Human Resources, Information Technology,
* Marketing or similar areas.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting profiles from the technology sector.
* Advanced knowledge of English.
