About the Role
Join a leading global company in Lisbon as part of their Customer Service team supporting a major Digital Marketing platform. You'll assist clients with paid campaign inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a top-tier customer experience in a dynamic, digital-first environment.
Requirements
* Fluent English (C1+ level)
* Experience with paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
* Degree in Marketing or proven Digital Marketing experience
* Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
* EU citizenship or valid work permit in Portugal

Working Hours
* Initial phase:
Monday to Friday 12-hour coverage:
Shifts: 07:0016:00 or 10:0019:00
* Later stage:
24/7 rotating shifts
(2 rotating days off per week)
Salary & Benefits
* Base Salary: 870 gross/month (x14 months)
* Performance Bonus: 300/month (x11 months)
* Meal allowance and other standard benefits included
