We’re hiring a Senior Paid Media Specialist to take full ownership of high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll lead paid media initiatives, work closely with senior-level stakeholders, and help scale ambitious brands through data and creativity.

What You’ll Do
* Lead strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
* Advise and report directly to senior marketing leaders (CMOs, VPs, Directors)
* Optimize campaigns through continuous testing, analysis, and iteration
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and content
* Translate data into actionable insights that inform marketing decisions
* Mentor junior team members and share your expertise
* Stay current with platform updates and bring innovative ideas to the table
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
* 4–5+ years of hands-on experience inPPC / performance marketing
* Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
* Fluent English (near-native) with excellent communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Results-driven mindset with a sharp attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience with other channels: TikTok, Pinterest, Bing, Twitter, Reddit
* Familiarity with GA4, A/B testing, and landing page optimization
* Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
* Strategic thinking beyond the brief — able to challenge and guide clients
