Project Scheduler Specialist
Description:
The primary responsibility of the Project Scheduler Specialist is to plan, organize, and control projects from start to finish. This involves developing project schedules, resource allocation, and cost control. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in planning methodologies specific to construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop project schedules compliant with the selected execution strategy
* Define and optimize resources required for the project
* Create and implement planning and scheduling systems
* Plan to mitigate risks and reduce costs
* Maintain accurate records of progress and status
Requirements:
* Advanced knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI)
* Fluency in English and Portuguese
* Construction Planning: expertise in planning methodologies specific to construction projects
* Primavera: advanced knowledge of Primavera Project Planner for scheduling
* Microsoft Project: proficiency in Microsoft Project for project management
Education & Experience:
* Engineering degree or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry (onshore/offshore &/or subsea)
* Advanced level of knowledge in EPCm work processes; experience in cost control is a plus
