We are seeking a skilled and proactive Endpoint Management Engineer to oversee and manage modern endpoint management platforms across Windows environments.
This role will focus on ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of endpoint systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support users across the organization.
Tasks: Manage the end-to-end device lifecycle across Windows environments, including enrollment, provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, and decommissioning.
Design, build, and maintain standardized configurations, baselines, and policies using Microsoft Intune .
Implement Modern Device Management using Microsoft Intune (policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and update management).
Manage device provisioning and deployment using Windows Autopilot .
Drive reliability, performance, and scalability through automation, monitoring, and continuous optimization .
Integrate cloud platforms and enterprise APIs to automate provisioning, policy enforcement, reporting, and operational workflows.
Develop and maintain reusable automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Create and maintain clear documentation for procedures, configurations, and system changes.
Stay current with Microsoft technologies, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field .
Proven experience managing endpoint environments at enterprise scale .
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID .
Experience with Windows 11 and enterprise device configuration .
Understanding of Modern Endpoint Management and coexistence with Group Policy (GPO) .
Experience with automation and system integration .
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills .
High level of proactivity, resilience, and ownership .
Nice to have: Microsoft certifications related to Endpoint Management or Modern Workplace .
Experience with automation or scripting for endpoint management.
Experience working in large enterprise environments .
