Mission:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and managing top talent in the market, ensuring that TEKEVER continues to grow with a brilliant team.

What will be your responsibilities:

* Developing creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top professionals in the fields of technology, engineering, and innovation.
* Assisting in the creation and promotion of job advertisements across various platforms.
* Managing and optimising the recruitment process.
* Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
* Strengthening TEKEVER's employer brand by promoting the company's culture and values to candidates and recruitment partners.
* Support on Onboarding functions

Profile and requirements:

* Degree in Sociology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google tools.
* Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages
* Passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in applying technological solutions in the context of human resources.
* Strong interest in recruitment and talent management.
* Resilient profile with a positive, dynamic attitude and a results-driven approach.
* Ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Available to work 100% on site in Caldas da Rainha
