P The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing the talent attraction strategy for all roles across the GBS structure, including both staff and managerial positions.
p Identify, attract, and assess talent, drive all aspects of the recruitment process, and act as the primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders.

/lili Act as a Talent Advisor and display a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape and data analytics.
/lili Partner with the business to ensure a solid understanding of the job responsibilities, requirements and talent gaps.
/lili Actively educate on talent landscape and recommend actions to secure in-demand talent.
/lili Act as a representative of ManpowerGroup via online and in-person recruitment channels.
/lili Communicate with candidates and hiring managers consistently, regular follow up is critical.
/lili Social media marketing and searches.
/li /ulp Critical Experiences: /pulli3+ year of full-cycle, high volume recruiting experience in the finance sector.
/lili Experience with social and digital media such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
/lili Proficient in English.
