The successful candidate will be responsible for developing bioprocesses for the manufacture of CAR-T cells and methodologies for their characterization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biological Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
* Experience in mammalian or human stem cell culture techniques, 3D cell culture approaches, analytics for characterization of cells (flow cytometry, metabolism, immunofluorescence microscopy), microscopy image analysis, and data analysis using statistical tools.
* Proficient use of the English language, both spoken and written.
* Motivation for applied research and good teamwork skills.
