Market Research and Analysis: Research potential partners and markets to generate leads and close deals, helping Elspec expand its presence. Training and Support: Train new clients and support agents/distributors to ensure they use Elspec's products effectively. International Travel: Travel to meet agents, customers, and attend events/exhibitions. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred). Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Spanish, French, or German is a plus. Presentation and Negotiation: Strong skills in presenting, negotiating, and building relationships. Proactive: Self-driven with a focus on business growth.
