You will play a pivotal role in optimizing banking processes, fostering innovation, and delivering seamless operational support across global markets.Your main responsibilities:Provide first-level support to LoanIQ users, ensuring operational continuity and issue resolution.Gather detailed requirements and create functional specifications for system enhancements and bug fixes.Test new functionalities and changes to ensure quality and compliance with business needs.Actively participate in project initiatives within the scope of the team, driving improvements and innovation.Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices and daily activities of an IT Business Analyst.Maintain constant communication with users and other IT departments, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach.You're ideal for this role if you have:Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in Banking or Fintech industries.Proven experience working with LoanIQ platform.Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs.Excellent command of English (B2 or higher), with fluent proficiency.Autonomous with a proactive mindset, capable of working effectively within an Agile framework.Exceptional communication skills and ability to ask questions and clarify requirements confidently.It is a strong plus if you have:Knowledge of other banking or financial software solutions.Language Required for the role:Fluent English (excellent verbal and written communication skills).Eligibility to work in this role:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
